ement
ill give a full breakdown throughout this newsletter

👻 how to ghost manage
What is ghost management?
similar to ghost writing over on LinkedIn or X
ghost management is managing peoples social media accounts but mostly via instagram + youtube
in a recent podcast interview with Kevin O’Leary stated how much he pays his social media managers…
the number was on the LOW END
“I used to pay those guys $48,000, now I’m paying them $250,000 because you can measure their work based on customer acquisition every week”
thats 100% correct. social growth is the new currency
if you’re not managing socials or devoting some serious time to the algo’s
you’re falling behind (BIG TIME)
but how do you ghost manage?
its more straight forward than you think.
1.) find content thats working (aka viral content)
2.) reverse engineer EXACTLY how the content piece went viral but replace each word with your niche’s terms/phrases
3.) manage edits, script, and upload posts
4.) charge anywhere between $2.5k - $6k /mo
cool so how do i get clients?
thats a different story
over the next few weeks i can go more in depth on this
planning on doing WEEKLY training on this exact topic ‘ghost management’

but this is much easier than you think
over the past 30 days ive booked OVER 20+ calls (most bad fits) but needless to say. my system works. im booking calls and im no longer being ghosted.
between my upwork system, dream 100 system, and 7 step hybrid system
this ALONE will bag you clients on autopilot if you choose
its pretty scary to see these results leads are waiting to hear from you. you just gotta find em

🛠️ tutorial of the week
create a full content CRM (built w/ claude)
most creators and agency owners lack a tracking system that
1.) looks good
2.) tracks everything they need
with this tracking setup i made i can see revenue, impressions, rev per follow, plus its even got my CRM for my outreach (see below)

how do i create it?
prompt 1 - Backend + Data Layer
Build me a Flask dashboard app called "Akari Social Dashboard" in a folder called "dashboard/".
Tech: Flask, requests, python-dotenv. JSON flat-file storage in data/ (no database).
Create app.py with these API routes:
- GET / → serves index.html
- GET /api/data → returns combined stats: Instagram followers + posts (Graph API v25.0), YouTube subscribers + videos (Data API v3), Twitter/X followers + tweets (API v2), LinkedIn followers, Stripe monthly revenue. Store 30-day snapshots in data/snapshots.json.
- Goals CRUD: GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/goals — kanban cards with columns (backlog, in_progress, review, done), category tags, priority dots, weekly content counters per platform that auto-reset Mondays, and a daily non-negotiables checklist.
- CRM CRUD: GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /api/crm — deal pipeline with stages (lead, contacted, interested, proposal, won, lost), filter by source (instantly, instagram_dm, linkedin, x_dm, email), drag-to-move, deal detail slide-out. Include /api/crm/stats for pipeline value, win rate, deal count.
- Sync endpoints: /api/crm/sync/instantly (Instantly API), /api/crm/sync/manychat (ManyChat API), /api/crm/sync/email (Gmail IMAP by label).
- /api/manual_posts for tracking follows-per-post.
Create requirements.txt with: flask, requests, python-dotenv.prompt 2 - Frontend UI + Charts
Create templates/index.html as a single self-contained file (embedded CSS + JS, no build tools).
Dark theme design system:
- Background: #0C1517, Surface: #101D20, Cards: #142025
- Primary green: #00CFA4, Red: #F04444, Text: #E4EEEC, Borders: #1E3238
- Font: JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts
- Chart library: Chart.js 4.4.0 via CDN
Layout: fixed left sidebar (220px) + main content area.
Sidebar sections:
- NAVIGATE: Dashboard, Posts, Growth, Goals, Follows, CRM
- PLATFORMS: Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn (with brand-colored icons)
- Actions: Update Instagram, Update LinkedIn buttons
- Settings link at bottom
Dashboard view:
- Top bar: "Dashboard" title + date + Refresh button
- 4 KPI stat cards in a row: Monthly Revenue (green highlight), Total Impressions, Total Followers (7-day delta), Audience Equation ($/1K impressions)
- Follower Growth chart (30-day multi-line: IG/YT/TW/LI) next to a Platforms sidebar showing counts + 7-day changes with colored percentage bars
- Post Performance table: 20 recent posts with columns Platform (pill badges), Caption, Date, Impressions, Likes, Comments, Follows. Sortable.
Goals view: weekly content counters per platform + daily non-negotiables checklist + kanban board with drag-drop cards (category tags, priority dots).
CRM view: pipeline columns (Lead→Won/Lost) with draggable deal cards, source filter pills, sync buttons, stats row, deal detail slide-out panel.
Follows view: manual post entry form + follows-per-post tracking table.
Settings view: Gmail integration config form.
JS functions: loadData(), render(d), buildChart(snaps), loadGoals(), renderKanban(), loadCRM(), renderCRMPipeline(), drag-drop handlers for both kanban and CRM. Helper functions: fmt(n) for K/M shorthand, fmtDollar(n), fmtDate(s), delta(n) for +/- badges. Hash-based navigation (#dashboard, #goals, #crm, etc)what about the crm?

one of my favorite parts automatically tracks my outreach across, instagram, x, linkedin, email, ETC
every morning around 7am data gets pulled from all social platforms and input into my CRM. it reminds me of follow ups, deals, calls for the day, and anything else i need
its like my own personal a.i. assistant (use the above prompt to get the CRM)

🎙️ script writing process
the step by step process on writing (viral content)
mino lee is one of those creators who posts content that ALWAYS goes viral
but why?

his writing process (explained)
recently made a youtube video breaking this down (take a look)
but if you want the written version i got you see below
to summarize that youtube video he follows a 4 step framework
how to create viral content — 4-step guide
step 1: research (don't create yet)
Open Instagram/TikTok and scroll with intention. You're looking for videos that match your niche AND your format (talking head, b-roll, etc.).
step 2: script by reverse-engineering
Open a Google Doc. Watch your outlier video and write down their sentences line by line. Then rewrite each line in your own words for your niche.
step 3: film on your phone
Use Cap Cut's built-in teleprompter — paste your script, flip the camera, and record. Don't memorize. Just make it sound natural, not robotic.
step 4: edit with intention
The editing order is: rough cut, b-roll, captions, music.

📊 social growth [linkedin]
how to grow on linkedin (creator focus tyler denk)

5 levels of content on linkedin
1.) beginner
2.) intermediate
3.) advanced
4.) expert
5.) consistency (in all of the above)
in order to perform on the platform linkedin you need to really focus on the following
credibility
social proof
positioning
top performers (how to get them consistently)
must have images
milestone (MRR based)
expertise (be a thought leader)
proof + numbers
personality posts (speak to addressable market)
hijack narratives / contrarian takes (find an enemy)
building repeatable viral content (3 requirements)
TAM content
growth content
niche content
my exact process
1.) post 100 pieces of content (FIRST)
2.) next pull the top 10 posts and paste onto a visual board (like miro or figma)
3.) then take those posts and run this prompt through claude
Analyze the exact structure, tone, formatting, and hook style of the post below. Then generate 10 new post ideas that follow this identical template — same layout, same cadence, same energy.
For the "life updates" and "agency/product features" sections, use the placeholder copy below. Keep each placeholder to 2 sentences max, but make them punchy and compelling:
Life update placeholder:
Just flew to Bali to speak in front of 300+ people on the power of owning your audience and distribution readers.
New Offer placeholder:
Just shipped 10 new modules inside of my skool communityhow often should i post
focus on 4 main posts
then focus on 3 update posts (feature updates / personal updates)
- hook less than 8 words (EX. this new feature will make you $x)
- specific outcome (EX. how to make money fast as creator in 20 minutes)
- body (action) (steps) (call to engage)
algo hacks for linkedin
respond to every comment within 30 minutes
reply to your own posts (sparks conversation)
