🧪 what I'm building

Took a trip up the Coast this past weekend and feel like I got a full reset.

Focusing on building an outreach system currently.

Also working on launching emails + cold dm's and youtube videos.

My omnipresence is live and seems to be promising.

Pretty clear on my offer as well, audience research + visual map of my north stars.

I'm now using Obsidian, and the content system is one of the best systems I've found for staying consistent with newsletters, content, etc.

Consistency is key with content, and I’ll show this in the system I'm going to reveal soon.

🚨 big news

ManyChat just made it way harder to launch a broken AI

ManyChat dropped a new feature called the AI Playground and if you've ever gone live with an automation only to find out it was giving your audience garbage responses, you'll know exactly why this matters.

Before this, you were basically guessing. You'd set up your AI, cross your fingers, and find out it was wrong when a real follower told you.

what changed

The Playground lets you simulate real DM conversations before you ever go live.

Type in a question the way your followers would. Watch how your AI actually responds. See exactly where the knowledge gaps are — and fill them in on the spot without leaving the flow.

One button. No guesswork. No "I'll just test it live and see."

There are default suggested questions built in so you're not starting from a blank screen, and when something's missing, it flags it and lets you patch it immediately.

what this actually means for your setup

Most AI automations underperform because of what they don't know — not because the tool is bad.

The founders getting real ROI from ManyChat right now aren't just turning it on and hoping. They're testing it like a product, plugging the gaps, and going live knowing what their AI will say before a single follower sees it.

The Playground is how you stop guessing and start shipping with confidence.

🤖 ai tools & skills

pricing page optimizer

Most founders spend weeks agonizing over their pricing page.

  • Should I add a free tier?

  • Are my prices too high?

  • Too low?

  • What are competitors charging?

You end up tab surfing through 10 competitor sites, copy pasting into a spreadsheet, and still guessing.

So I built a skill that does the whole thing automatically.

You give it your pricing page URL and a short description of what you sell.

It scrapes your page, pulls out your plans, prices, cta's, social proof, faq, etc.

Then it searches Google for 5 to 10 competitor pricing pages in your space, scrapes those too, and sends everything to an AI model for a side by side competitive analysis.

The output is a formatted Google sheet with 4 tabs:

  • a summary of your page

  • a full competitor breakdown

  • a comparison matrix with scores across 7 dimensions

  • 10 ranked recommendations telling you exactly what to fix

This skill is available inside the my Skool community.

Grab it, add it to your Claude, and run it.

🛠️ tutorial of the week

build + launch a landing page with Replit agent (15 min)

Replit agent is an AI that builds full applications from a plain English description.

You type what you want, and it handles the code, design, and deployment.

Here's how to go from 0 to a live landing page.

step 1: create your Replit account

Go to replit.com and sign up.

The free Starter plan works for this.

step 2: describe your landing page

You'll see a chat interface.

This is where you describe what you want built.

Be specific.

Here's an example prompt:

Build a landing page for a newsletter about \\[your topic\\]. Include:
- A headline and subheadline explaining the value
- An email signup form that collects first name and email
- 3 bullet points explaining what subscribers get
- A clean, modern design with a dark background
- Mobile responsive layout

step 3: review, edit, and deploy

Click through the preview.

If anything needs changing, tell the agent in the chat:

"Make the headline bigger" or "Change the background to navy."

Then click "Publish" in the top right corner

📊 founder newsletter breakdown

Sahil Bloom (the curiosity chronicle)

Sahil Bloom spent 7 years in private equity before he started posting long form Twitter threads during the 2020 lockdown.

Each thread took him 4 to 8 hours to write.

The threads went viral, and he funnelled that audience into a newsletter called the curiosity chronicle.

It now reaches over 800k subscribers and generates $70k+/ month.

He used the newsletter to build a portfolio of service companies worth $10m/ year.

his funnel

Twitter (now X) is the attention engine.

Bloom posts daily content on decision making, growth frameworks, and business strategy.

He also doesn't have complex funnels, and you can see these patterns amongst successful entrepreneurs if you've been reading my newsletters.

Valuable content on social → deeper content on email.

He publishes 4x/ week, where he "provides actionable ideas to help you build a high performing, healthy, wealthy life."

how he monetizes

Bloom's real insight was treating the newsletter as a platform, not a product.

He identified the services he was already spending money on (growth marketing, video editing, design) and built companies to serve those exact needs.

His holding company, SRB Holdings, includes Paperboy (a newsletter growth agency), HeyFriends! (a YouTube growth agency), and Viralcuts (short form video editing).

The newsletter generates leads for these companies organically.

He doesn't pitch them every issue; his philosophy is "You grow more when you sell less."

By not pushing products constantly, the audience grows faster.

The service companies generate revenue on their own because the newsletter positions him as the authority in the space.

how you can replicate this

  1. Build your audience on one platform, then move them to email. Bloom dominates Twitter and LinkedIn, but the newsletter is the real value compound. 800k email subscribers are a sellable asset.

  2. Publish on a consistent schedule. Twice a week, same days, same format. Readers build a habit when they know exactly when your content arrives and what it will look like.

  3. Look at what you're spending money on and ask if you could build that service for others. Bloom turned his own expenses into revenue generating companies. If you're already paying for video editing, SEO, or design, there's a business in offering that same service to your audience.

  4. Separate content from selling. Let the content grow the audience. Let the business model operate alongside it, not inside every email.
